🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate IT-focused commercial contracts globally.
• Adhere to and develop delivery processes and commitments.
• Input and manage data on Factor and client systems.
• Mentor and train more junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• Law degree and qualified lawyer in the United States.
• 5 years of experience drafting commercial contracts.
• Experience in asset management/private equity and real estate transactions.
• Client-facing experience in a legal context.
