You'll repair and refinish fiberglass truck bodies for Monster Jam shows. Your work ensures bodies are prepped for paint and assembly. This role requires 3+ years of automotive body experience and 50% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and repair fiberglass body panels and components.
• Grind, sand, drill, buff, and prime surfaces for paint.
• Pre-align and assemble body shells for fit verification.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and inventory supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical training.
• 3 years of related experience in automotive body repair.
• Proficiency in automotive painting, masking, and spraying.
• Fabrication and repair skills for fiberglass and composites.
