Description

You will support the Corporate Marketing team with campaign coordination, event prep, content creation, and showroom initiatives. This role helps keep marketing projects organized and on track across teams.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with marketing tools (Hubspot, CMS, Adobe preferred)
• Comfortable creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaign coordination (events, social, email, partnerships, signage)
• Organize assets, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Support showroom and market launch initiatives, including rebrands and new locations
• Assist with event prep, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
• Help track basic performance metrics and compile summaries for the team
