Description

In this role, you will drive Ceribell's sales strategy and operations for new products, working closely with go-to-market and sales teams. You will define the sales playbook, build tools and KPIs, and lead sales enablement for neonatal ICU, pediatric ED, and delirium product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years at top-tier management consulting or professional services firm focusing on transformation and implementation
• 3+ years managing teams
• 2+ years as an operator preferred
• Strong analytical skills including automation and complex formulas
• Clear communicator able to translate complex logic to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Create growth plans for neonatal ICU, pediatric ED, and delirium product launches
• Develop tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for product launches
• Create core sales operations plans including territory, targeting, and quotas
• Support compensation plans in collaboration with compensation resources
• Build credibility and trusted relationships with sales organization leadership
