Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to platform evolution. Your work directly impacts product quality and sustainability reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience across front-end and back-end
• Proficiency in FastAPI (or Django, Node.js, Rails) and Angular (or React, Vue.js) with TypeScript
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (hybrid monolith/microservice, event-driven)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features with clean, testable code
• Participate in system architecture discussions for scalability and maintainability
• Partner with Product, Design, and Tech Leads to transform requirements into solutions
• Conduct code reviews, advocate for quality and testing, leverage AI tools for productivity
• Mentor intermediate and junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
