🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and analytics applications
• Build predictive models for workforce planning and retention
• Partner with senior HR and business leaders on data-driven initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics
• 3+ years leading analytics teams
• Python and SQL for statistical modeling and production development
• AI/ML solutions built end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP
• Advanced degree in Data Science or related field
• Workday or BI tools experience
