Description

You will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for interns and new grads, coordinate internship programming, and build university partnerships to strengthen our early talent pipeline. This hybrid role is based in New York City and offers the chance to shape memorable candidate experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years early talent recruiting or related people operations experience
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Greenhouse ATS preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours during peak season

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for interns and new grads across multiple teams
• Coordinate and execute internship programming including social events and learning sessions
• Cultivate partnerships with universities and student organizations
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience with timely communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement of early talent processes
