Description

You will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering concept team, planning and optimizing the production system for automated building module manufacturing. Working in an interdisciplinary environment, you will create production concepts, analyze value streams, and implement lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and innovation in offsite construction.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial engineering, production planning, or manufacturing process design
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and value stream mapping
• Proficiency in production process simulation and optimization
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop production concepts for automated building module manufacturing
• Plan synchronized flow production with material flow considerations and line balancing
• Document manufacturing processes including information flows
• Analyze material and production flows using value stream design and lean principles
• Perform cycle time analysis, process optimization, and factory simulation
