You'll drive fire and life safety product sales in the UAE for Ajax Systems, Europe's largest security manufacturer. You'll build strategic partnerships and exceed sales targets in a greenfield territory. This role offers a truly innovative product and a zero-bullshit culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the UAE
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across key markets
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for sales strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or similar industry
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems
• Conversational English and Arabic required
