💼 About This Role

You'll own the L&D function at a fast-growing fintech, building onboarding, training, and knowledge management from scratch. You'll partner with Product, Compliance, and Operations to turn complexity into sticky training that measurably improves ramp time and CSAT. This role offers high autonomy and high impact with a motivated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end L&D function: onboarding, training, coaching, knowledge management.
  • Identify skill gaps and build targeted training to close them.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process guides, and customer-facing resources.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Operations to translate complexity into training.
  • Define and track KPIs for L&D effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in L&D, training, or customer service enablement.
  • Proven experience building or significantly rebuilding a training program.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for content production.
  • Comfortable with QA frameworks and data-driven iteration.

  • Fintech or regulated industry experience.
  • Startup or fast-moving environment experience.
  • Availability to travel up to 25% to BPO locations.
