🎯 What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 SDRs
- Design and deliver training on prospecting and call coaching
- Drive weekly and monthly operational cadence
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years managing a sales development team in SaaS
- 1-3+ years in a closing quota-carrying role like Account Executive
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale
