🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 SDRs
  • Design and deliver training on prospecting and call coaching
  • Drive weekly and monthly operational cadence
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a sales development team in SaaS
  • 1-3+ years in a closing quota-carrying role like Account Executive
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale
