You'll lead the development and execution of a scalable HR compliance framework across the Americas, partnering closely with regional Employee Experience leaders and the Global Risk Compliance function. Your core impact will be building a culture of compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations across the region. This role offers the opportunity to manage immigration and global mobility programs while influencing cross-functional compliance strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a scalable HR compliance framework
• Manage immigration and global mobility programs
• Partner with Legal and Risk Compliance on audits
• Design and deliver compliance training programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR compliance, employment law, or related field
• 5+ years applying U.S. employment law across multiple states
• 3+ years building and implementing HR compliance programs
• 2+ years people management experience

• Master's degree or JD
• Multi-country HR compliance experience
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
