Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in home settings
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) to document patient care
• Collaborate with clinical support and mentorship team
• Maintain flexible schedule with daytime, overnight, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
