💼 About This Role

You'll lead TriRinse's four business units as COO, strengthening operational performance across safety, quality, and customer commitments. You'll build leadership capability and drive planning disciplines to manage seasonality and optimize labor. This role balances near-term execution with long-term scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business unit and site leaders with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own enterprise operational performance including safety, quality, and cost.
• Build planning practices that align demand, labor, capacity, and equipment.
• Optimize workforce and labor strategy including staffing models and cross-training.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior operations leadership in multi-site environments.
• Proven experience leading leaders with accountability for safety, quality, and cost.
• Ability to strengthen planning and execution in environments with seasonality or shared resources.
