You will qualify leads, partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers, schedule meetings, and help scale the SDR function at a fast-growing data analytics company. This role focuses on mid-market and enterprise accounts and requires a technical product background.

Requirements

  • Inbound/outbound SDR experience with a technical product
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prospect research and outreach personalization
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Willingness to learn basic SQL and enthusiasm for data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new leads and drive pipeline within assigned territory
  • Deeply understand customers' business challenges and position Hex as the solution
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers for discovery and demos
  • Schedule qualified meetings for mid-market and enterprise Account Executives
  • Develop, test, and iterate on sales tactics and outreach strategies
