Requirements
- Inbound/outbound SDR experience with a technical product
- Excellent communication skills
- Prospect research and outreach personalization
- Ability to manage a large pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
- Willingness to learn basic SQL and enthusiasm for data analytics
Responsibilities
- Qualify new leads and drive pipeline within assigned territory
- Deeply understand customers' business challenges and position Hex as the solution
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers for discovery and demos
- Schedule qualified meetings for mid-market and enterprise Account Executives
- Develop, test, and iterate on sales tactics and outreach strategies
