🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct routine reconciliations across all benefit programs
• Manage monthly Evidence of Insurability reviews
• Review and validate weekly and monthly data files to carriers
• Generate and review weekly HRIS reports

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR/benefits administration
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
