🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Product Analytics team, including managers
• Set analytics agenda and connect to company priorities
• Partner with leaders to shape roadmap and operating decisions
• Establish metric frameworks and experimentation standards

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in analytics, data science, or related field
• 5+ years leading analytics teams, including managing managers
• Expert-level SQL and modern analytics stack fluency
• Deep understanding of experimentation and causal reasoning

✨ Nice to Have

• Marketplace, e-commerce, or subscription product experience
• Advanced degree in quantitative field
• Experience with Python or R for analysis
