💼 About This Role

You'll develop world-class SLS materials for 3D printing, leading research from lab to market. Partner with product, hardware, and software teams to iterate on material performance based on customer feedback and push the boundaries of SLS innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop SLS materials from lab exploration to commercialization
• Lead research to push boundaries of SLS material performance
• Partner with product, hardware, and software teams on material iteration
• Develop methodologies to evaluate material formulations with SLS print systems

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of materials science and polymer product development
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in a relevant science or engineering field
• Hands-on experience in thermoplastic engineering
• Ability to design and conduct rigorous experiments to optimize materials

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing materials for 3D printing, especially SLA/DLP or SLS
• 3D CAD modeling
• Programming skills (Python, Matlab, SQL)
