π― What You'll Do
- Own customer issues from first contact through resolution
- Build and deliver fast, reliable support workflows
- Resolve time-sensitive issues like order errors and product problems
- Identify patterns in recurring issues to drive root-cause fixes
π Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (C1+)
- Comfort operating across multiple tools in high-pressure situations
- Strong judgment in prioritization and real-time problem solving
