You'll lead and expand the survey program across North Dakota, driving division strategy and client engagement. You'll shape the survey practice in a growing market while building teams and long-term client relationships. This role offers ownership through an ESOP and room to grow without corporate red tape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for the survey division aligned with company goals.
• Lead division-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Drive business development for the ND survey market including proposals.
• Mentor staff and represent Civil Science in industry forums.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of surveying experience with strong technical depth.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain revenue-generating client relationships in ND.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• PLS license preferred but not mandatory.

✨ Nice to Have

• North Dakota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Experience overseeing multi-project delivery.
• Understanding of project management: budgeting, scheduling, quality control.
