Description

As the Visual Lead, you will drive sales by managing visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You'll oversee operational functions like shipment processing, floor resets, and product presentation to align with company standards and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with directive
• Effectively plan visual floor changes with management team through payroll management and adapting zone and visual support to business needs
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timeline
