💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale production ML solutions powering Almedia's reward platform for 70 million users. You'll drive end-to-end delivery of models optimizing user reward schemes in real-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize user reward schemes based on behavior and market shifts
• Lead design and implementation of personalized real-time reward values
• Develop solutions for identifying underperforming reward campaigns
• Provide technical leadership across ML projects ensuring best practices

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in building and deploying production ML solutions in adtech or high-scale environments
• Deep knowledge of statistics (A/B testing, regression, probability)
• Strong Python and SQL programming with hands-on cloud experience
• Ability to mentor and set technical direction for ML engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for gaming and strong understanding of player behavior
• Experience with adtech or monetization platforms
• Familiarity with gaming KPIs such as pLTV, retention, ROAS
