  • Schedule and create accurate service tickets for customers.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize requests.
  • Update customer interaction records in the ERP system.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills.
