- Schedule and create accurate service tickets for customers.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize requests.
- Update customer interaction records in the ERP system.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills.
