You'll lead visual storytelling for a fast-growing brand, designing scroll-stopping sets for social media, campaigns, and e-commerce. You'll transform bold ideas into visually striking experiences that resonate with millions of customers, shaping BURGA's brand identity. This role offers a front-row seat to the evolution of a unicorn-ambition company with a new manufacturing facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead collaboration with Art Director to define visual style for campaigns.
• Research trends and create moodboards reflecting brand aesthetic.
• Develop technical drawings and briefs for set builders and stylists.
• Source, arrange, and maintain set elements and props.
• Manage shoot schedules, budgets, and team coordination.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Set Designer or similar in social media/e-commerce.
• Ability to produce technical briefs and drawings for set construction.
• Knowledge of ad content production for Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads.
• Proven experience in sourcing props and managing rentals.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
