Requirements
- Experience in sales training or sales enablement
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
- Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for new hire onboarding and ongoing education
- Train best practices for Salesforce and Tableau to enable territory planning and pipeline management
- Develop programs for consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and value-based messaging
- Lead training on core competencies including pre-call planning and account strategy
- Empower representatives to navigate clinical conversations and position solutions effectively
