Requirements

  • Experience in sales training or sales enablement
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs for new hire onboarding and ongoing education
  • Train best practices for Salesforce and Tableau to enable territory planning and pipeline management
  • Develop programs for consultative selling, discovery, objection handling, and value-based messaging
  • Lead training on core competencies including pre-call planning and account strategy
  • Empower representatives to navigate clinical conversations and position solutions effectively
