💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal support for project financing and renewable energy transactions at the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S. You'll ensure corporate compliance and handle entity formation, subscriber agreements, and due diligence. This role offers a fully remote arrangement with the option to work from Asbury Park, NJ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal support for project financing and REC transactions.
• Handle entity formation and ensure state/federal compliance.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs and subscriber agreements.
• Conduct real estate due diligence for solar project sites.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law.
• Experience in contract negotiation and corporate regulatory compliance.
