💼 About This Role
You'll own and drive critical strategic initiatives to scale our unified Travel & Spend product. You will partner with Account Management leadership and cross-functional teams to turn high-level objectives into executable reality. This role is key to operationalizing our GTM strategy and ensuring our Post Sales organization is equipped to win.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and run commercial initiatives supporting revenue objectives
- Build and iterate a scalable Travel & Spend post-sales structure
- Refine customer escalation paths with product team
- Define the perfect Travel & Spend QBR
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM roles at high-growth startups
- Strategic and analytical mindset with data analysis skills
- Bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Cross-functional leadership influencing without direct authority
