💼 About This Role

You'll join our US-based Data Science & BI team to drive product strategy using generative AI. You'll extract insights from internal and external data, design A/B tests, and evaluate AI models. This role stands out because you'll directly influence how healthcare professionals engage with patient data at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract insights from internal data and identify trends and patterns.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for product features.
• Evaluate AI models and drive improvements in measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years using Python, R, or SQL for analytics.
• 5+ years in product-facing roles driving outcomes through A/B testing.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
• Willingness to work from SF office 3x per week.

• Experience with healthcare settings, EHR, or healthcare billing.
• Experience with common approaches to measure and drive user engagement.
