Requirements

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills including statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Strong business acumen linking research to strategic outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in survey design software and statistical packages (e.g., Qualtrics, R, Python)
  • Relevant university degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in market research, pricing strategy, or business intelligence in technology sector
  • Experience creating and running pricing and customer satisfaction surveys

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage pricing studies and customer surveys
  • Extract value drivers and identify what targeted users truly care about
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends in pricing and monetization
  • Synthesize findings into data-backed recommendations
  • Act as subject matter expert on willingness-to-pay dynamics
  • Partner with Product Managers to test new pricing models
  • Present findings to stakeholders
