Description

You will lead international registration activities and support global market access for the product portfolio at OLAPLEX, a category-defining leader in prestige hair care. As the single point of contact for international regulatory matters, you'll serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams, providing regulatory strategy and execution support to ensure timely, compliant product launches worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific degree preferred
• 8+ years experience in global regulatory affairs with focus on cosmetics
• Deep knowledge of global cosmetic regulations, labeling, and claims compliance
• Experience supporting global product launches and market access strategies
• Strong understanding of raw material and formulation compliance
