Description

You will play a critical role on engagement teams, leading tax engagements, developing client relationships, and mentoring associates. You'll ensure timely delivery of tax returns, identify planning opportunities, and handle IRS notices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting
• CPA eligible, actively pursuing CPA license required
• 2-3+ years experience, preferably in public accounting
• Proficient in partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and/or individual taxation
• Excellent coaching and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements including scheduling, staffing, and completing returns
• Provide first level technical review and perform tax research
• Develop and maintain client relationships as primary contact
• Prepare quarterly estimates and year-end projections
• Supervise, train, and mentor Tax Associates and Interns
