Description

You will own and evolve internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, serving as a deeply technical subject matter expert. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits to empower internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with consistency.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar role (digital experience platform preferred)
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and headless CMS
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and APIs
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences
• Strong track record building and scaling technical enablement programs in cross-functional settings

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and implementation best practices
• Serve as company-wide subject matter expert, developing prescriptive guidance and enablement materials
• Establish strategic, scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate features and influence decisions
• Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for technical and non-technical audiences
