💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise integrations and post-launch support for payments infrastructure built on the Polygon Open Money Stack. Your work will directly influence how financial institutions and fintechs launch and scale on-chain payments. You'll own the technical relationship from integration to production, ensuring reliability and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-sale implementation for enterprise customers with integration plans and milestones
• Monitor integration health and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities
• Investigate and resolve complex API errors, webhook failures, and transaction debugging
• Build and maintain knowledge base with troubleshooting guides and diagnostic workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years experience as Technical Account Manager or similar role in payments/fintech
• Direct experience with payments APIs, financial infrastructure, or embedded finance
• Hands-on troubleshooting API integrations independently using logs and diagnostics
• Strong familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns like OAuth

• Experience at a blockchain, stablecoin, or digital asset infrastructure company
• Familiarity with regulated financial environments including KYC/KYB workflows
• Fluency in Spanish or another language supporting LATAM market coverage
