Description

You will serve as the primary technical bridge between Corelight's network security solutions and strategic global customers, helping them defend against cyber attacks by leveraging Zeek and Suricata. You'll translate complex network data into actionable outcomes, advocate for customer needs with internal teams, and ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering, system administration, or network operations
• Expertise in network security, incident response, and threat hunting with Zeek and Suricata
• Advanced understanding of network protocols and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump)
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Exceptional business writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Establish deep technical and executive relationships within strategic accounts
• Partner with Sales to confirm value delivery and achieve security objectives
• Hands-on implementation of new features and custom Zeek scripts
• Serve as Voice of the Customer, coordinating with Engineering and Product Management
• Guide customers through post-sales milestones and drive adoption
