You'll ensure delivery excellence across complex client engagements in financial services. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the AI Product & Architecture consulting practice
• Provide senior oversight on client engagements for software engineering and AI delivery
• Shape the practice's approach to applied AI in product engineering and software development
• Support sales pursuits and act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience
• 5+ years leading software engineering or technology consulting teams
• 7+ years in modern software development including architecture, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery
• 7+ years in financial services or regulated industries

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience leading a consulting practice or large technology delivery organization
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and enterprise AI governance
