💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers for a student living property. Your work will ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. This role demands superior problem solving in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repairs
• Maintain physical condition per SOPs and OSHA standards
• Operate fire and life safety system monitoring and testing
• Coordinate vendor work schedules and deliveries

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III)
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS, or BAS
