💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI product strategy for a proactive AI chat app that handles long-running workflows and real-world task completion. You'll define what we build based on user needs and model capabilities, working daily with engineers on technical trade-offs. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, ML, and system constraints.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end AI product strategy grounded in technical feasibility.
• Translate model capabilities and evaluation results into product decisions.
• Make trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, and UX.
• Work daily with ML, backend, and mobile engineers on design and iteration.

📋 Requirements

• Computer science fundamentals including algorithms and system design.
• ML fundamentals and understanding of AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and model evaluation.
• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.

• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
• Background as an engineer or highly technical PM.
