💼 About This Role

You'll lead Tier-3 support for Palo Alto NGFW and SASE products at AHEAD, a digital business platform builder. Your work ensures enterprise customers resolve critical incidents through advanced diagnostics and automation. This role offers a hybrid workplace and a focus on cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Tier-3 support for Palo Alto products including NGFW and Prisma Access.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, packet captures, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor L1/L2 TAC engineers and create knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering to escalate bugs and influence product improvements.
• Develop troubleshooting scripts using Python and REST APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years in enterprise TAC/support or network/security engineering.
• Expert in PAN-OS, firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma SD-WAN.
• PCNSE certification required.
• Scripting skills in Python or REST API automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• PCNSA, PCCSE certifications.
• Experience with Git, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Prisma Access, Strata, and SASE cloud firewalls.
