💼 About This Role

You'll improve reliability and stability of Webflow's customer-facing production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour. You'll own and evolve the cloud substrate across AWS and GCP, ensuring security and scalability for over 2 million users. This is a remote-first role with a team that values trust, transparency, and creativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud substrate including compute layer and EKS fleet
• Design and maintain networking fabric across cloud environments
• Build and enforce IAM, SCPs, and permission guardrails
• Drive FinOps for cost attribution and right-sizing
• Build AI-powered automation for infrastructure management

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience owning customer-facing cloud infrastructure
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Karpenter or cluster autoscaler
• Experience with GCP in multi-cloud environment
• Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling
