You'll lead training and mentorship for new clinical team members, ensuring clinicians are set up for success. Your impact includes shaping clinical excellence and supporting RBT certification. This role blends hands-on training with direct client services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates
• Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings with in-person instruction
• Administer written and field-based training assessments for clinical readiness
• Support RBT certification through study groups and mentorship

📋 Requirements

• Experience in behavior analytic treatment and clinical mentorship
• Ability to lead training sessions and assess clinical skills
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment for autism
