Description

You'll provide excellent guest experiences at Dignity Health Sports Park events by scanning tickets, controlling access, assisting with seating issues, and answering inquiries. You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience, preferably in sports/entertainment venue
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and withstand various weather elements
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services at events
• Scan and check tickets at entry gates
• Control ticket access points
• Assist guests with seating problems or issues
• Escalate issues to Guest Services Lead when necessary
