You'll drive new business acquisition across the EMEA mid-market segment, managing complex sales cycles for a rapidly growing global SaaS company. You will play a direct role in expanding market presence and helping businesses modernize their global workforce operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote international culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers across EMEA.
- Drive new business acquisition by converting high-potential prospects.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with BDRs and internal teams to generate pipeline.
- Deliver product presentations and communicate value propositions.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in IT SaaS or HR tech.
- Proven track record of closing B2B software deals and exceeding targets.
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations (200-2,000 employees).
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate new business.
