💼 About This Role

You'll join Anyscale's Infrastructure team to build the scalable, secure backbone for distributed AI applications on Ray. Your work will power the control plane (cluster management, scheduling) and data plane (high-performance workload execution) for a platform used by companies like OpenAI and Uber. You'll design and optimize critical infrastructure with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, contributing to both open-source Ray and proprietary products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement control plane components for cluster orchestration
• Optimize data plane performance for distributed workloads
• Integrate open-source Ray with proprietary cloud platform
• Deliver high-impact infrastructure features for customers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong background in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python or Go

• Experience with Ray or similar distributed computing frameworks
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows
• Open-source contributions
