Description

You will own end-to-end supply planning for externally sourced products, managing inventory and supplier performance while acting as a bridge between vendors and internal teams. Your work ensures product availability and scalability as the company expands its product range.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning, procurement, or vendor management with hands-on external sourcing
• Strong understanding of purchasing dynamics, supplier lead times, MOQs, and inventory optimization
• Analytical capability and comfort with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning for externally purchased products, translating demand into executable purchasing plans
• Manage inventory performance balancing service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risk
• Act as primary supply chain contact for key suppliers and third-party service partners
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation efforts across suppliers and partners
• Maintain accurate planning data and deliver clear reporting on inventory, supplier performance, and financial impact
