You'll design and sustain mission-critical data center environments for the federal government, contributing hands-on expertise to strengthen reliability and resilience. You'll support high-availability operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal operational impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and operate servers, storage, networking, and power systems in mission-critical environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot complex hardware and facility issues.
• Design, implement, and improve data center infrastructure for reliability, performance, and resiliency.
• Participate in Agile execution and technical discussions with hands-on expertise.

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• DoD 8140 certification (Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, or CISSP)
• 8+ years designing and managing geographically dispersed data center infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms

• Demonstrated experience ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data center operations
• Operational experience managing compute, storage, and network infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
