🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships and turn clients into happy users.
• Educate clients on creating video content with the platform.
• Onboard new clients and manage key relationships.
• Coordinate client check-ins and identify growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing a Book of Business along with KPIs.
• Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Fluency in German and English.
