Description

You will lead order-to-cash accounting, applying ASC 606 to complex SaaS contracts and owning monthly close reconciliations. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and support audits in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years progressive accounting experience with SaaS/subscription revenue
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 for complex contracts
• Experience owning close deliverables: reconciliations, journal entries, flux analysis
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Validate contract sales orders and invoices for proper revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Understand quote-to-cash processes and systems logic
• Perform monthly and quarterly close tasks including balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
• Assist with collections, dispute resolution, and credit adjustments
• Support year-end external financial audits and internal compliance
