Description

You will drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by optimizing lead management and identifying new market opportunities. As one of the first BDRs at Anthropic EMEA, you'll shape the role and help businesses safely adopt AI.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in fast-growing startup or in investment banking/consulting/software engineering
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Law, Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead routing and qualification strategies
• Analyze lead data to identify patterns and process improvements
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead handoff
• Manage and prioritize high volume of inbound leads
• Conduct initial qualifications and outbound efforts to generate opportunities
