Description

You will lead supply chain optimisation projects for retail and CPG clients, configuring RELEX's AI-driven platform to improve forecasting, inventory, and operational efficiency. You'll gather requirements, train users, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory management, or business analytics in retail or consulting.
• Experience in software implementation including requirements gathering, process design, training, and user testing.
• Degree in Industrial Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead retail and supply chain planning projects focusing on demand forecasting, inventory management, and analytics.
• Gather business requirements from clients, configure software, and train end-users to adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on customer supply chain systems, report and analyze KPI impacts.
• Configure RELEX software based on agreed design and best practices to deliver business value.
