You'll join Carvana as a Mid-Level Painter in our high-tech Inspection Center, matching and mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint to vehicles. You'll bring your 3+ years of professional auto painting experience to ensure every car meets our rigorous standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Match and mix paint colors to manufacturer specifications
• Paint vehicles using water-based paint in spray booths
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and MVR check
